RSS Subscription: Once the post-production elements are complete, a RSS feed will be created for that particular podcast entry. Once the RSS is complete and verified, it is ready for publishing (uploading) to the server.

Podcast upload to server: As new podcasts are created, the directory will be updated immediately, so that subscribers will automatically download the new content every time there is a new show. Once your podcast has been developed and the RSS feed has been created, it will need to be uploaded onto the server that was chosen to host all of the respective podcasts. Astral Voices will use an FTP application to move the data from our computers to the hosting servers. The location of the server will be based on each client’s specific need.

Website integration: Astral Voices will walk the client through the process of website integration as well as the addition of podcast directories to the customer’s website. These directories will upload with the podcast via the above-mentioned process; they will be accessed through the web interface chosen.

Monthly Statistic Reports: Astral Voices will provide tools that will track the download performance of each podcast. We will be able to tell the client how many times a particular podcast was downloaded in a certain time frame. Information will be provided on which podcast directory was used to find and download the client’s podcast, as well as whether or not the browser chose to subscribe to a particular client directory.
